Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our facility at 750 Deer Run Ln, New Lenox, IL 60451, United States.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to international addresses at this time. P.O. boxes are accepted for Standard shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Packaging

All vials are packed securely in protective packaging and shipped in plain, unmarked boxes.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email or our Track Order page to follow your shipment.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, high volume or other events outside our control, but we will always help you resolve any shipping issue. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email us at info@bacwatersupply.shop with your order number and we will file a carrier claim and, once the carrier confirms the package was lost or damaged, send replacement product at no cost to you. Replacements are shipped as new product; we do not issue refunds.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
