BAC Water Supply is not liable for misuse or mishandling. Responsibility transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if misuse is suspected, shipping restrictions apply, or incorrect information is provided.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. We do not store payment details.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Because bacteriostatic water is a sterile product, we do not accept returns and do not issue refunds on any order once it has been placed. The only exception is product that arrives damaged: notify us at info@bacwatersupply.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace the damaged items with new product at no cost.
