Printable Storage Temperature Log

A one-page monthly log for the shelf, cabinet or room where bacteriostatic water is stored. Print one sheet per storage location per month. The label range for bacteriostatic water is 20–25 °C (controlled room temperature; brief excursions between 15 and 30 °C are usually acceptable, see controlled room temperature explained). Any reading outside the acceptable range is recorded with the action taken; see what to do after a temperature excursion.

Instructions. Read the thermometer at the same time each working day and record the reading. If the thermometer records minimum and maximum, record both and reset it. Tick Y when the reading and the min/max are all within the acceptable range. If any value is outside the range, record what was done: stock moved, thermometer checked, excursion assessed, supplier contacted.
